Graduating from the Universiti Teknologi MARA, UiTM Shah Alam, Asma Shamimi, also known as Asma, has accumulated a wealth of architectural expertise over the course of more than 10 years. Her architectural journey commenced with her role as an architect at Architect Aliran Cipta, Shah Alam, where she honed her project management and design skills. Later on, Asma joined several architectural and design firms, including Azuan Architect, AJP Design Studio, 3D Architecture, Whola Design Studio & RSP.

Throughout her career, Asma has developed through hands-on experience across various project types and stages. Proven ability to contribute meaningfully from concept design to construction, particularly on high-rise developments, mixed-use complexes, office towers, and serviced apartments. At RSP Architects, Asma broadened her expertise by managing a diverse range of projects including residential developments, mosques, retail spaces, and shop lots, demonstrating versatility and a deep understanding of functional and contextual design.
